We try to be as accurate as we can when describing our product but do not warranty descriptions or other content of any Services is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product images are taken in natural lighting and are unfiltered however we cannot guarantee that your device or computer monitor’s display of color or style is accurate.

All product is gently used unless described as new, or handmade or crafted for Okanagan Valley Vagabonds. With handmade and crafted items there will be slight variations between product.

Trademark Notice

Okanagan Valley Vagabonds supports the slow fashion movement and is an independent reseller of gently used clothing and handmade accessories and custom t-shirts. We are not endorsed by any manufacturer, retailer or brand of the items that we sell. All third-party brand names are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders and do not belong to Okanagan Valley Vagabonds.

Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge and agree that our Website Services may contain images and descriptions of fashion items that are protected by copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights and laws. We have express permission to use these images and you agree not to modify, copy, frame, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service or the Service Content.

You agree not to copy or replicate our product, service names, tag lines or slogans. You may not copy, imitate or use them, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. You may not use our logo or website images or photos without our express consent.

Feedback and User Content

In the event that you provide feedback related to products or the Services, you agree we may use the Feedback to: (a) improve our Services or any products and (b) promote the Services and products on our website or social media channels. While we will make every attempt to notify you of use, you will not be due any compensation for your Feedback.

Return Policy

Unless otherwise stated, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return your items. Returned items will be credited back to you for the full amount of the purchase price in your original form of payment, you are responsible for shipping fees and a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund amount.

We will only refund items returned to Okanagan Valley Vagabonds on a timely basis and in the same condition in which you received them. If these requirements are not met, your returned item will be forfeited.

Our Sustainable Saks Series (all bags, purses, totes and pouches) and sales items are final sale. We guarantee the quality of our Sustainable Saks collections therefore do not provide returns or refunds on these items.

Restocking Fees

To keep our prices affordable, we may charge a restocking fee of maximum $5.00 for handling and processing of merchandise.
